  • All items are made to order. We typically process and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after payment and personalisation details are received.
  • During busy periods (e.g., Christmas), processing times may be slightly longer, but we will notify you of any delays.

2. Delivery Times & Methods

  • Standard UK delivery is usually 3 days from dispatch (Royal Mail or trusted courier).
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service.
  • We currently only deliver within the UK. For international enquiries, please contact us before ordering.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.
  • Free UK shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or during special promotions (see website for details).
