MTB Group Limited T/A Off The Tag is a UK-based, family-run business specialising in personalised gifts, including photo slates, mugs, keyrings, coasters, and more.

2. Orders & Personalisation

All products are made to order based on the information and images you provide. Please double-check your personalisation details before completing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for errors provided by the customer. Images submitted must be your own or you must have permission to use them.

3. Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout.

4. Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery is 3 days from dispatch, but may vary during busy periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

As all items are personalised, we can only accept returns or offer refunds for faulty or damaged products. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo and description of the issue. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer errors (e.g., incorrect spellings or images supplied).

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, as production may begin immediately.

All website content, product designs, and images are the property of MTB Group Limited T/A Off The Tag and may not be used without permission.
